Yoga – We have a selection of Yoga classes aimed at beginners and intermediate level practitioners. Carrie runs Hatha Yoga on Saturday mornings, during which she focuses on strength, flexibility and focus.
Pilates – Based on an anatomical understanding of the body’s muscular and skeletal systems, our Pilates instructors create a comprehensive exercise programme for our class and one-to-one clients. One of our instructors is Mister Pilates, Kevin Bradford who runs mat classes for all abilities. Classes will focus on specific areas individually whilst using exercises that integrate the whole body to re-educate and restore it to the optimum function.
