Our instructors are fabulous. We’ve loved the stretching, toning, conditioning workouts even on all our unfit bits (and they are many).
For tendonopathy, scoliosis, or just some stretching and toning (with a bit of balancing thrown in), both mat classes and reformer workouts help everyone improve their musculoskeletal health.
