Our Policy
Because we value our therapists’ time and skills, we ask for upfront payment for all first appointments and 1-hour massages, which can be processed over the phone with our reception team. We request 24 hour’s notice of cancellation or rescheduling to allow us to fill that slot in our therapists diary.
The first consultation fee is not refundable if we do not receive notification of cancellation. Any appointment that is missed will be charged at 100% of the fee before a new appointment can be booked. We hope you share our commitment to your appointment. Covered by insurance?
