Healthcare Insurance
We welcome patients who have healthcare insurance.
In order to make a booking please have the following information to hand:
1. Membership / Policy no.
2. Authorisation code / claim number
3. Number of sessions / £ amount
4. Excess £ amount
5. Renewal date
All of our osteopaths, physiotherapists, acupuncturists and our psychotherapist are covered by Axa.
Our physiotherapists are all covered by BUPA.
Most other insurers will cover treatments by our osteopaths and physiotherapists (please call to confirm this if you aren’t sure whether your preferred treatment is covered).
You will be asked to pay for your first consultation and any followup treatments up to the limit of your excess. Any treatment costs that exceed the excess will be invoiced directly to your insurer.
Please have details of your insurance company policy ready when you call. We will require the policy name, policy number / membership number, authorisation / claim code, number of sessions / spending limit (£), excess details and benefit limitations.
