Arabella has been both practising and teaching osteopathy (at University College of Osteopathy) for many years, specialising in the diverse disciplines of paediatrics and rehabilitation. Her academic prowess means she is a tutor at both undergraduate and post-graduate paediatric level, and has developed new courses in rehabilitation of the adult patient for UCO students.
She is therefore the perfect osteopath for young and old athletes alike, as well as being a deeply caring practitioner who enjoys working with patients from all walks of life from infants to octogenarians. She confidently uses medical acupuncture, manual therapy, spinal manipulation and cranial osteopathy to relieve chronic and acute pain plus mobilisation, soft tissue massage and stretch as well as exercise prescription to give you the best of all worlds.
She is a firm believer in using contemporary evidence to inform her practice and her knowledge of best practice guidelines is unparalleled in osteopathy. In Arabella’s hands, you are receiving the absolute best combination of art, science, kindness and humour that osteopathy can supply.
When not practising her many arts, Arabella enjoys walking her dog, tending her allotment or using her season ticket at Harlequins rugby club and travelling the length and breadth of Europe to support them.

What I do:
What our clients say
I had an excellent session with Arabella, who expertly diagnosed my shoulder problem and carried out a thorough massage to relieve the pain, which I am pleased to say has now gone away. I was very impressed with the professionalism and the ability to solve my problem in one session.
I see Arabella for my knee and overall wellbeing. I’m a martial artist and a paediatric osteopath myself. A universal question is “who looks after the doctor when they are sick?”. Arabella is an osteopath’s osteopath. Her skills, knowledge and level of care is of a international standard. I would recommend anyone from 1 day old to 100 years old to see her.
