Arabella Gaunt
Osteopathy | Dry Needling | Exercise and Rehabilitation | Paediatric Osteopathy | Babies and Toddlers
Arabella has been both practising and teaching osteopathy (at University College of Osteopathy) for many years, specialising in the diverse disciplines of paediatrics and rehabilitation. Her academic prowess means she is a tutor at both undergraduate and post-graduate paediatric level, and has developed new courses in rehabilitation of the adult patient for UCO students.
She is therefore the perfect osteopath for young and old athletes alike, as well as being a deeply caring practitioner who enjoys working with patients from all walks of life from infants to octogenarians. She confidently uses medical acupuncture, manual therapy, spinal manipulation and cranial osteopathy to relieve chronic and acute pain plus mobilisation, soft tissue massage and stretch as well as exercise prescription to give you the best of all worlds.
She is a firm believer in using contemporary evidence to inform her practice and her knowledge of best practice guidelines is unparalleled in osteopathy. In Arabella’s hands, you are receiving the absolute best combination of art, science, kindness and humour that osteopathy can supply.
When not practising her many arts, Arabella enjoys walking her dog, tending her allotment or using her season ticket at Harlequins rugby club and travelling the length and breadth of Europe to support them.
