Pietro Susini completed his BSc Physiotherapy (Honours) from Florence University, Italy in 2009. He developed a particular interest in the assessment and treatment of postural dysfunctions and wrote his dissertation on the treatment of postural diseases in children.
Pietro considers manual techniques a fundamental tool in treating and managing the rehabilitation of patients for a range of symptoms, from postural and breathing dysfunction, to sports injury and competitive training. He works using traditional physiotherapy as well as dry needling acupuncture.
He moved to London to complete a Master of Science in Osteopathy at UCO and graduated as an Osteopath in August 2014.
Pietro decided to integrate his Physio training with the Osteopathic training as he felt the need to achieve better hands-on skills to be able to get a deeper understanding of the body tissues’ condition and hence to treat their dysfunctions.
He is now blending in his practice elements to provide patients with the highest quality treatment.
In 2016 Pietro also became more involved in the training of undergraduate osteopaths since he started a position as Clinic Tutor at UCO, co-running the Blanchard HIV specialist clinic.
His background as a competitive horse rider motivated him to complete a post-graduate diploma in animal osteopathy in 2015. He practices equine osteopathy sporadically as a way to escape to the countryside and be close to horses.

What I do:
What our clients say
I can’t thank Pietro Susini enough for all his help. At around 27 weeks pregnant, I suddenly was severely impacted by PGP and sacroiliac joint pain that was so bad it was stopping me from doing all my usual activities, and I was close to being signed-off from work.
I saw private and NHS physiotherapists who told me there was nothing that could be done, and that it was all part of pregnancy. This was very distressing to hear, as I winced even turning in bed. I came across Pietro’s name on a google search (PGP cures), and thought I would give him a go, as I was feeling desperate.
Pietro has been truly amazing, not only does he have expert knowledge in pregnancy pain, but he is hugely knowledgable on connective tissue disorders (which I also have). After only a couple of sessions I was feeling immediate improvement. I am now 39 weeks pregnant, and am in no pain at all, I am back to walking my dog 8km walks with no issues at all.
Thank you Pietro!
Extremely easy group of professionals to deal with
Pietro has a calm, professional and knowledgeable manner and I felt utterly safe in his hands. He is incredibly skilled and I couldn’t get over how easily he could feel where the pain was. Whilst I wouldn’t hesitate to see him again if I ever get a relapse, at present I am bouncing along, enjoying the great benefits of having been to an excellent osteopath, with no more appointments in sight!
